Welcome to the Christchurch Folk Music Club. Come and join us at The Commerce Club, at 277 Kilmore Street from 7.15 pm every Sunday evening - time for a chat in a warm and friendly environment before the performances begin promptly at 8 pm. Visitors are always welcome. Make new friends and enjoy the music!

The Christchurch Folk Music Club is run by and for our members. Without you there would be no club. Your registration fees cover the printing and distribution of the magazine, renewal and update of equipment and most importantly of all, helps toward paying performers fees (the attendance numbers and door charges do not always cover the cost of the artist). We appreciate your support, and hope you enjoy coming along as much as we enjoy being here.

If you are interested in getting more involved with the Folk Club, speak to a committe member. Even the small jobs like setting out chairs before the meeting or greeting people at the door are important, and are a good way to become a part of the team that keeps the club running.
