Various incarnations of Rural Delivery have been a fixture on the local bluegrass scene for almost three decades, but the current line-up of Clive Collins (banjo), John Clark (guitar), Russell George (banjo and mandolin), Steve Moffatt (bass) and Errol O'Daniels (percussion, harmonica, accordion) have been together since 2002.

Describing themselves as "just five maturing musos with a desire to entertain," they play a wide-ranging bluegrass and traditional repertoire, with three and four-part vocal harmonies and plenty of good old-fashioned hot picking.

Current they have a regular gig in a shed in Halswell but there has been the occasional foray into the public domain, most recently at the Harbour Light.

Busy personal schedules prevent more widespread performance so this is a rare outing for the band.
